If you are unsure or have any concerns you should seek advice from your GP or consultant. If you book further sessions you must mention any significant health issues that arise, especially if you know or the possibility exists that you may be pregnant or have any contagious or infectious condition. Please do not attend sessions while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

We appreciate your choice of Rebalance for your massage therapy needs. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. We kindly request your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
We appreciate your choice of Rebalance for your massage therapy needs. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. We kindly request your understanding and adherence to these guidelines.
1. Cancellation Notice:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any cancellation fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service
- Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show." No-shows will be subject to a fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service.
- Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments by calling 07854192476 or emailing [email protected]. Please leave a voicemail if you are unable to reach us directly. You can also text or WhatsApp the same number.
